Badoglio Luis

Badoglio is an Italian Trotter from 2017 and a true champion of the racetrack. He raced at the Palermo Hippodrome until 2024, earning over €36,000 during his career. Brave, strong, and unshakable, he now begins a new chapter with us at Equi Sicilia.

Since arriving, our focus has been on helping him regain condition and ease into a slower, gentler life. After years of stress and effort, it’s a joy to watch him relax on peaceful trail rides through the Sicilian countryside.

He has quickly proven himself to be an exceptional horse with a calm, steady, and affectionate temperament. Fearless and attentive, he adapts naturally to the rider’s level, making him perfect both for beginners in need of confidence and for experienced riders seeking a reliable companion. He is also remarkably sweet with children, always patient and careful.

Badoglio carries himself with quiet dignity and is already a beloved member of our trekking team. He deserves the very best, and that’s exactly what we intend to give him.
