how To Book?
1/ Explore our Experiences
Visit the Experiences section to discover our horseback rides and treks. Choose the one that best suits your level, preferences, and desired adventure.
2/ Fill Out the Contact Form below
Complete the form at the bottom of this section. You'll be asked to provide your name, email, chosen ride, any optional add-ons (like breakfast, aperitivo, or photo/video service), date, number of participants, and riding experience.
There is also a message box where you can share anything that might help us tailor your ride like food preferences, allergies, special requests, or any questions you may have. Don’t forget to Submit the form.
3/ Wait for Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and get back to you by email as soon as possible to confirm availability and details.
4/ Secure Your Spot with a Deposit
After confirmation, we’ll send you a private payment link to pay a deposit (50% of the total price). The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least
• 15 days in advance for multi-day treks
• 7 days in advance for shorter rides (from 1h to full-day ride)
Later cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
