Welcome to Equi Sicilia! By using our website or booking an experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for all participants.

1. Booking

Bookings can be made via our official booking form, by email, phone, or through our social media channels.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the experience.

2. Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel with sufficient notice:
• At least 15 days in advance for multi-day treks
• At least 7 days in advance for shorter rides (from 1h to full-day)

Late cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Participation Requirements

Participants must be in good health and physically able to ride a horse.
Proper clothing is required: closed-toe shoes (such as sneakers or boots) and long trousers must be worn.
Helmets are mandatory and must be worn at all times during the ride (no exceptions).
There is a weight limit of 90 kg (198 lbs) for safety and horse welfare.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these conditions or when safety is at risk.

5. Insurance

All guests are automatically covered by a daily insurance card (“tessera giornaliera”) provided through FITETREC‑ANTE, which includes both personal accident coverage and third-party liability insurance during the ride.

6. Content
