Halfway through, we stop for a special open-air dinner under the stars, surrounded by soft lights, rustic decor, and the flavors of traditional Sicilian cuisine — all carefully prepared in the heart of nature.

Then, guided by moonlight and the sound of the waves, we continue all the way to the beach — where the sea, the stars, and the horses move as one.

September Edition – Harvest Moon Ride

September’s full moon — the Harvest Moon — lights our way as we ride through peaceful trails, between vineyards, olive groves, and open countryside.

The Full Moon Ride is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a long evening on horseback, with fresh air and a calm atmosphere only the night can bring.

Midway, we stop at a local restaurant for a rustic Sicilian dinner, full of seasonal flavors and good company.
